The Undie 5000 is a Charlotte-wide drive supporting the men and women of Charlotte Rescue Mission. Our goal is to collect 5,000 new pairs of underwear for those residents rebuilding their lives through recovery and restoration programs.
For someone entering recovery, something as simple as clean, new underwear can provide comfort, dignity, and a sense of being cared for by their community. These donations help residents focus on healing, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with hope.
Charlotte Rescue Mission provides

What type of underwear should I donate?
We are collecting new men's and women's underwear only.

If you are dropping off, please donate items in their original packaging.
Can I donate money instead of underwear?
Yes! Monetary donations help us buy in bulk and fill size gaps. Every dollar goes toward helping us reach our goal of 5,000 pairs.
